Lisa came highly recommended from a co-worker who had just gone through a very similar selling and building experience we were facing. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. Mostly we communicated by phone and e-mail throughout the process. When closing approached I reached out to Lisa quite last minute to ask about the final walkthrough and closing and she promptly responded and was there when we needed her. Lisa attended our final walkthrough and closing and it was very helpful to have her influence with the final inspection. Having someone with real estate expertise gave us peace of mind that we were not being taken advantage of by the builder.
